We are the liasion with the cruise line, setting up the group, dealing with the passenger special requests, booking specific staterooms, disseminating information and handling individual payment dates as well as your specific event needs such as a conference area, welcome party, special events, your speakers, etc. We provide you with updates and financial reports.
